About the Role:
Step up and be the data detective for our Sales Distribution business across Texas! As a Business Research Analyst, you’ll dive deep into the numbers and trends, turning raw data into golden insights that fuel smart decisions. You’ll be the go-to for market research, competitor sleuthing, and spotting fresh business opportunities to help us crush it with new product launches and growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis focused on the Texas Sales distribution scene.
- Gather, organize, and analyze both qualitative and quantitative business data from multiple sources.
- Present clear, actionable reports and presentations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle business challenges with research-driven solutions.
- Keep a finger on the pulse of industry trends and market conditions to uncover new opportunities.
- Ensure all research findings are accurate, reliable, and valid.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in business research and data analysis for US-based clients.
- Solid grasp of research methods and statistical tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis software like SPSS, R, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills – you can break down complex data and tell a story.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle deadlines like a boss.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Open to night shifts in Lahore.
