Healthrix is seeking a seasoned professional to manage the full recruitment cycle within the medical billing and healthcare RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for specialized roles, including billers, coders, AR specialists, and authorization staff.

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.

• Utilize multiple sourcing platforms, such as LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals, to attract qualified talent.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate pipelines efficiently.

• Maintain a deep understanding of roles and qualifications specific to medical billing functions.

• Coordinate the interview scheduling, feedback, and offer processes.

• Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices within healthcare staffing.

Required Competencies

• Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience specifically in a medical billing or healthcare RCM company.

• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of positions like medical billers, coders, AR specialists, and pre-authorization staff.

• Capabilities: Experience managing high-volume and niche recruitment simultaneously.

• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Job Details

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end revenue cycle activities and following up on accounts.

  • Reviewing and resolving claim denials and rejections with insurance companies.

  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations.

  • Communicating with patients and providers to resolve account issues.

• Competencies: 2–4 years of experience in medical billing or RCM; knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding; familiarity with EHR/PM systems like Epic or Athena.

• Details: Located in Lahore; night shift required; open to both male and female candidates.
