The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist manages the full revenue cycle process, including charge entry, claims submission, and denial management.

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end revenue cycle activities and following up on accounts.

  • Reviewing and resolving claim denials and rejections with insurance companies.

  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA and payer regulations.

  • Communicating with patients and providers to resolve account issues.

• Competencies: 2–4 years of experience in medical billing or RCM; knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding; familiarity with EHR/PM systems like Epic or Athena.
